How long does it take to receive my order? (Shipping/Prices/Processing Time)


Please be advised that due to COVID-19 delivery times may be longer than usual in some instances. We aim to manufacture and dispatch each order within 3 - 5 business days. However, due to stock availability, your order might take between 1 - 2 weeks to be dispatched. After your order is manufactured, shipping will be processed via Royal Mail (UK) and the delivery times are as follows: United Kingdom: Royal Mail Standard ( 2 - 3 business days; Free Delivery) Europe: Royal Mail International Standard Not Tracked ( 3 - 5 business days; Flat rate: £3.80 ) Rest of the World: Royal Mail International Standard Not Tracked 6 - 7 business days. Returns, Refunds, Replacement


To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition in which you have received it. It must be in the original packaging and it must not be damaged. This policy applies for 15 days, if this time has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we won't be able to offer you a refund, nor an exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. To return your product, please contact us so we can provide you with the address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the order will be deducted from your refund. Replacement

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to use. If you need to exchange it send an email to business.uppercased@gmail.com.




I can't find my phone model, can I still place an order?


If you can't find your phone model on the list, please contact us via email (business.uppercased@gmail.com) with the brand and model of your phone. We might be able to still process your order according to stock availability from our suppliers. Please note that the processing times will be longer.
